Theoretical relationships are explained through models, strategic planning is being exercised on small case studies, experts are frequently invited for lectures.

Even though students usually have full schedules and a limited amount of time available, I am determined to conduct a step by step procedure with students, one that incorporates working on projects which are highly related to practice. Some trivial things are being learned: How do you interact with one another? How can conflicts be resolved? How do I learn to write down my thoughts on paper, so that my target group can understand them?

I also supervise students with their Bachelor's Thesis.
