Developing Personalities
In practice, we need people who are capable of critical and interdisciplinary thinking – these capabilities are the basis for networked thinking. We need individuals with courage to further develop our society.
I consider myself as a coach for students helping them to facilitate their ability to develop solutions. As representatives of university education we make sure that people do not only acquire functional training and a theoretical background (the knowledge from today is obsolete tomorrow!), but also that they are becoming personalities with the ability to show their creativity, who inspire and can excel through networked thinking.
My seminars are highly practice-oriented, and they are based on the latest scientific findings in the fields of marketing, strategic management and organisational theory.
